Launched under the Pradhan MantriAwasYojana mission, Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) PPP vertical the project MADHUBAN is spread over 13.35 acres of land, strategically located adjacent to Butibori MIDC and closest to under development Butibori Industrial Area Phase - II.

The Project is located on Takalghat road before Shri Viktu Baba Mandir having access from Wardha road and ACC Indorama Chowk.

MADHUBAN project has 33 buildings (29 buildings of G + 4 storied and 4 buildings of G + 8 storied), having1724 units in all with 1 BHK configuration. Each flat will have an area of 302 square feet approximately.

The Construction of Phase 1 (5 Towers – 03L, 03M, 03N, 03O, 03P) is in full swing.
